Fatuma Abdi (Office Manager)

HR & Office Manager holder of Diploma in Business and Human Resource Management Level II (ABMA), Executive Certificate in Labour Laws from Institute of HRM and currently pursing CPA Part II.

Well versed with Microsoft Office, Quickbooks and Nifty Payroll software. Fatuma has vast experience in the Construction Industry Administrative duties having worked at YMR for the last 22 years.

Grace Njogu (Personal Assistant)

has been at Integrated YMR Partnership for over 6 years. She holds a Diploma in Business Management (KIM) and also a Diploma in Secretarial Studies from Cathedral Secretarial College. Grace has over ten years’ experience in building industry having worked in other Quantity Surveying Firms. She is well versed with Quantity Surveying software computers packages and Microsoft Office packages.

Peris Ngugi (Personal Assistant)

she has a Diploma in Business Management & Diploma in Secretarial Studies - Kenya Institute of Management and Kiambu Institute of Science & Technology, respectively. She is a Personal Assistant in the Partnership and supports the Technical Team on a variety of technical and administrative tasks which include assisting in preparation of Bills of Quantities using WinQS software, crosschecking of tenders and preparation of tender reports and compiling Bid documents and Proposals. Peris has over 15 years’ experience in the office administrative duties having worked in several organizations. She is well versed with Microsoft Office and specialized QS Software.

Elizabeth Nyambura (Receptionist)

is the warm hearted lady you will meet when you come to the YMR Reception. She will assist you and direct you to the right person in the shortest time possible. Elizabeth holds a Diploma in Secretarial Studies from Kianda College. She handles the switchboard and mail. She keeps a daily watch on any upcoming bids or events in the construction industry.

Andrew Muchenditsi (Logistics)

is the firm's office Logistics Officer and Assistant/Driver; he has vast experience in office transport, logistic works and deliveries. He runs the firms errands ensuring accuracy in delivery and confidentiality in the contents.

Gerald Wijenje (Subordinate)

has been with the firm for over 20 years and is the firm's Messenger; he has vast experience in deliveries and runs the firm’s errands by delivering letters, parcels and other informative documents.

Jamin Jirongo (Subordinate)

works in the firm’s hospitality section.

John Ng’alu (Accountant)

Holder of CPA(K) and currently pursuing Bachelor of Commerce at KCA University. John has over 5 years experience in Finance & Accounting duties.

He is proficient in computing skills and has good knowledge in accounting packages namely :Quickbooks, Sage, Loan Performer, Tally and SAP systems.

Njambi Maina (Marketing and Communications Specialist)

Marketing and Communications Specialist currently based in Kenya, with a background and five years of tactile experience within the Kenyan Media. Njambi joined YMR in June 2017 as a Business Development Representative. She has previously worked at Royal Media and is a post graduate in Management from University of Westminster London, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from St. Paul’s University​.
