Imperial Health Sciences

Introduction
The Imperial Health Sciences Building is located on Kutch Road, off Mombasa Road, some 25kms south of the Kenyan capital, Nairobi. The building sits on a 5 acre plot (LR No. 12715/439) and adjacent to it is another 5 acre undeveloped/ vacant plot earmarked for expansion (Phase 2)

Additional information on the building is as follows:

· Plot area – 5 acres utilized for phase 1, another 5 acres available for Phase 2 (expansion.

· Approximate Gloss Build Area -13,555 square meters.
